This is my favourite type of tilt sensor, they just seem to be the most reliable of all.

This strap has a piece of wire in it, it runs along under the bottom of the scissor lift touching the groung to help dissipate any static – If you’re getting a static shock from a scissor lift – See if it’s missing one of these.
