When you buy a scissor lift or boom lift from Elevated Access New Zealand, you’ll be fully covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for parts and labour. You will also have the 24/7 back up from our own EWP Service Technicians.
If you do experience an issue, don’t worry. We have a Nationwide Service Network in place, so if you need us we’re there for you.
Every 6 months your machine will need a safety certification check. It’s just like a WOF on your car but much quicker. It’s really easy and only costs around $160 + GST. We can take care of this for you or put you in touch with our service provider in your area.
