Our new Sinoboom GTZZ15J Knuckle Boom is working very well and all our crew are happy with the machine, it is doing exactly as we would expect it to do.
Our clients are loving their Sinoboom machines, especially the 0407 machine, allowing the guys flexibility and ability to access height spaces within confined areas. Easy to use and fitted with all the safety features, our range of machines are proving a real hit with the workers on sites.
This lift is the next level (pun intended) compared to our old one. Reaches that bit further to get to “the hard to get” places. Being electric drive it’s good with responsive steering which makes manoeuvring a breeze. Also the great service to back it up makes it a good choice. Highly Recommended.

Elevated Access recently supplied our team at Mitre 10 Mega Lincoln Road with a Skyjack 4626 Electric Scissor Lift. Having access equipment on site 24/7 reduces the need to hire access equipment and also allows repairs and maintenance to be carried out as and when required.
We were in the middle of stripping out a shop in a mall when our Skyjack scissor lift started to leak fuild all over the floor.
I made a quick call to Elevated Access at 9:30 at night to see if they could help me out, half an hour later we had a technician on site.
The very knowledgeable young man quickly replaced the blown out O ring which was causing all the problems cleaned up all the mess. We were up and running again in half an hour.

We purchased a Skyjack 6826 Rough Terrain Scissor Lift from Elevated Access. The work we do is pretty tough on equipment so we wanted something very reliable that’s why we chose the Skyjack. The Skyjack is easy to use is built to a high quality finish.
The sales guys from Elevated Access have been just as reliable as the machine, very impressed.
In the first week the machine did develop a slight leak, one phone call to Elevated Access and we had a technician out to us in around an hour. The leak was all sorted under warranty without any hassle.
It was a debate if we were going to replace our old scissor-lift at all, with the possibility of relying on Forklift cages, and the hireage of a lift to do some higher reach work when required. We came across the Skyjack as an option, and after seeing the machine, researching it’s performance and reliability, and how well it was priced amongst similar machines, we were impressed enough to decide purchase the Skyjack as our replacement.
At the time we were building new Coolstores for the site, and can only say that this was a good decision to purchase the Skyjack, verses attempting to do without. It has been a great machine and already has done extensive work around our site. We have recently purchased a ‘ Snorkel – cherry picker’ from Elevated Access Ltd and are very happy with the service and quality of product we purchased.

The Solution… 10m Working Height Snorkel S2646E with an electric braked trailer. The result was perfect!
We purchased a couple of Snorkel Rough Terrain Scissor Lifts from Elevated Access. They gave us a great price on the machines, trained our employees to NZQA standards and always go out of their way to help us.
Elevated Access NZ was recommended to us by another company, we purchased a Skyjack 3219 Scissor Lift. Elevated were very fast and easy to deal with, amazingly efficient service.
We recently had a slight problem with our machine, we reported the problem on a Friday afternoon, on the following Sunday morning a technician was on site with a new part, all covered under warranty. Excellent.

We use our Pop Up Scissor for cleaning and decorating, using this sure beats falling off a ladder.
We use Elevated Access for our EWP Training because they are cheap and easy to deal with.
We purchased a Snorkel TM12 for maintenance and cleaning in our council building, it’s easy to operate and a great size for building.
We took the decision to minimise the risk of falls from ladders by purchasing a push around scissor lift, the unit goes surprisingly high and has enabled us use this in place of a scaffold tower which also saves us time. Our team can now work more efficiently and more safely. Great machine.

Elevated Access supplied us with a Sinoboom electric scissor lift for our project in Wellington, the scissor lift I ordered turned out to be too short for the job we needed to do, this was our mistake but Terry and the team wasted no time in helping us rectify the situation, by urgently dropping off exactly what we needed and taking back the other machine. No problems, just quick and easy.
Elevated access have been very easy to deal with especially during the cost benefit analysis of moving to company owned vs hiring. There was a small issue with the transport company that required a replacement trailer to be sent out, but Terry and his team actioned this quickly and with minimal hassle. I would have no issue, based on current performance of the machine, using them again to resell and repurchase in a few years.
Terry, it’s been a very busy start to the year and our shiny new scissorlift is really working hard for us. I’d just like to thank you for your excellent service in both supplying our new machine and arranging the sale of our old 20 year machine. From dropping the new machine off and picking our old unit up, the service you have provided is almost unbelievable.
